Hi Mr. Tolonen! It's been while since your last opus has been released - so I am wondering what is going on in the Nest camp. Are there plans or even more for a new album? Please consider that every year passing without new music from you is lost time, as there are tons of useless shit labeled as "music" these days. So what we need is new inspiration from you!  |

Sorry I haven't been here for awhile. Real life has a nasty habit of coming in the way. As it so happens, I've been working on new stuff. I just finished one song and I put it online for all to hear. Even though it's musically a straightforward evolution from Nest, the inclusion of a real vocalist and the lyrical/thematic differences are such that I felt it was necessary to form a new project for it. So this is not Nest per se, but hopefully interesting enough for people who like Nest too. I can't tell the future so I can't say what will happen under the Nest name, or Syven, or anything really. I just seek out new challenges and do whatever most intrigues me with them.
Hopefully this answer gives at least some insight into my musical aims.

I was missing the new Nest but this Syven is incredible. Continuation of Nest, Nest in new form which is really fascinating. Can't wait debut album.

Hallo! It seems like ages since I have posted here, but I just got back and saw this and listened to the new Syven, which I am amazed by! Thanks for sharing, A.T! Let us know when an album is due out.
