Double digipack with additional booklet. There you can see drawings made by Matti Tolonen-the man behind Nest. Also on the second CD you can hear: beautiful demo “Fabled Lore”, early recordings for the split CD with Isafjord-“Hidden stream”, cover versions of Scepticism and some rare vinyl tracks.

Yep. The special edition has the 'Fabled Lore' demo, 'Hidden Stream', our cover of Skepticism's 'The Gallant Crow' (which will also be available on the Skepticism tribute album, although slightly differently mixed and mastered), and the 'Last Vestige of Old Joy' (without the Agalloch contributions). The limited edition also has an alternate booklet with a bunch of my visual stuff (all of which you can see on my personal homepage), but it doesn't include the lyrics booklet. My intention was that the special edition would have included both the booklets, but it seems this is not the case. I'm sorry about this, and I will make high quality pictures of the lyrics booklet available on Nest's site soon.

so the näätä-cover won't be on the regular edition? too bad. i'd love to have one of those (in a määaet-style package or at least digipack - the regular edition probably isn't right?), would they exist.
when will the album be available directly from you? plus, do you have any copies of the previous one left? i'd like to order both of them.

Both versions have both covers, although the special editions doesn't have logos on them so you can see the pictures better. The covers are both on the normal booklet (included in the normal edition) and on the digipak panels (on the special edition). Fortunately I was smart (=lucky) enough to design them so that even if the digipak doesn't have both booklets it will still have both covers. I also just put the normal booklet online on Nest's site. Check the "Tales" section for it both as text and as graphics. btw. it's not a näätä, it's an ahma  (for those not fluent in Finnish: näätä = marten, ahma = wolverine) |

. splendid! i'm getting the digipak. but i prefer ordering directly from bands, so when will it be available directly from you? btw. it's not a näätä, it's an ahma (for those not fluent in Finnish: näätä = marten, ahma = wolverine) ah! i see it now. should've minded the tail lenght. no wolverines around these woods and moors, so it wasn't my first guess. Pohorje's too far south. "indians", horses, great dogs and such. you know. . |

The new album is already available directly from me. You can get the normal edition for 15 Euros / 15 US Dollars. Unfortunately I don't have any extra copies of the special edition for sale. I only got 10 copies myself, and my first priority was to give them to the people who contributed to the new album. Sorry. You can try asking the label that released the album, Corvus Records, for it. |

special edition has come to firebox. I just ordered one for me. I suggest doing the same thing soon.
Great album this is. Im so glad to get my hands on the limited edition too.
