... but very sad to I have no chance to buy other cd That is bad because "Woodsmoke" is an excellent album as well. There are some nice samples available (complete songs with proper audio quality) if you follow the Nest forum links. Anyway, glad that you liked "Trail Of The Unwary" .

This is a very recent quote from one Prog Forum when talking about the no1 album of the year 2007. I have talked with people from Philadelphia to Turenki (close to Riihimäki in Finland) and they like this album ... eh, a bit of an understatement there

Eh ... ;D The quote was direct otherwise, but the explanation for the abbreviation TOTU was mine . He knows perfectly well what he is talking about with this album .... sorry, about that.

Is it just me or does the beginning of Hunt sounds much like the song "Sadness and Grief" you're making for the "The Hammerite Imperium"? Did one cause the inspiration for the other?

Oakenpalace: They do sharesome elements, but they're not intentionally related. 'Hunt' is the only Nest song where I use orchestral high strings, and If I remember correctly I used the same high strings on 'Sadness and Relief' too. Other than that I don't see much similarities, and one wasn't an inspiration for the other. I actually always try to make every song at least somewhat different from all else I've done before.

Hi! My name is Luc, I'm from Canada. I first heard about you when I bought your split with Agalloch. I'm a big fan of theirs, but I was surprised to enjoy Last Vestige of Old Joy more than Wolves of Timberline. Since then, I've been looking for your albums. I've been able to get my hands on Trail of the Unwary, both the regular AND the limited edition (I was very lucky with this one. Equilibrium Music recently got one in stock. I jumped on it ) Now if I could just find Woodsmoke. Oh well, I guess ebay is my best bet. Thank you for making such beautiful music. I already can't wait for some new material

Thank ye for the good words.
It was indeed lucky that you got the special edition. It has been extremely hard to find, as far as I know. Well, limited to 99 copies naturally tends to be hard to find because of the low amount of items produced. Hope you'll find Woodsmoke too. It's beginning to be hard to find too already. I've posted some sightings of it on this forum, whenever I've seen it.

Thankiew, thankiew. I appreciate hearing that our stuff is well liked. I actually love to listen to ambient/acoustic/mellow stuff when I go to sleep so it's interesting to hear our humble stuff has been able to invade the bedrooms of others too.

would you be so kind, and give me a list of your favourite ambient/acoustic bands?for couple of years i preffer such music!there is something in that strange filling i can't explain... it reminds me of...i dont know...it may sound a little bit stupied...i'm an activist of GREEN YOUTH in Belgrade.it is the organisation of people who are trying to save Serbian forests from careless people who just understand the language of money.forests are the Serbia's the most beautfull part of it!remarkable landscapes and mountins...so what all of that have to do with this kind of music...forest are spirutual thing for me,and this kind of music just fits in my efforts..i don't know...stupied,like i said.bye for now

still a wonderful album, just listened to it yesterday and today. Compared with 'Aikaintaite' i think it's the better album - at least for me. Well, moaning on a high niveau... more silent, more mystic, less singing, less drums... hope an additonal album will follow If anyone has the limited edition for a reasonable price
